This class will be taught 4x a week online, for 2 weeks. Starting April 20-23 (M-Th) and April 27-30 (M-Th). Short 2 hour segments gives people time to digest the massive amount of information in the course. It allows people to practice the movements with clients, family and friends in-between classes making this experience more meaningful. Online courses are smaller for a more personal experience and training opportunity.
